Scrollbar shows up as soon as the modal dialog is closed

scrollbar shows up as soon as the dialog is closed. Scrollbar should shows once the modal background completely disappears

Replication Procedure:

•                  Run the sample

•                  Open the dialog popup

•                  And close the dialog

•                  You can see the issue

 

Expected Behavior: Scrollbar should shows once the modal background completely disappears

 

Actual Behavior: scrollbar shows up as soon as the dialog is closed
