Improve the pointer selection flexibility at the min and max boundaries during interactions

Currently, when gauge values are close to the range boundaries and the pointer (ex. marker) is dragged faster towards the beginning or end angle, it finds it challenging to precisely reach the minimum and maximum values. Need to enhance this pointer selection flexibility to make it easier to select the edge values.
