Provide a Unified Event for Document Editing Across Modules

Addition of a single event that triggers all document editing actions, ensuring consistency and ease of tracking document modifications. This unified event should cover the following scenarios:

  1. Annotation Module – Trigger when annotations are added, edited, or deleted.
  2. Form Fields Module – Trigger when form fields are modified, filled, or reset.
  3. Organize PDF – All page actions.
  4. Comment Section – Trigger when comments are added, edited, or removed.
