Support to allow the popup to expand above the navigation bar

Actual Behavior:

When the popup is displayed in the center and its height exceeds a certain limit, it is restricted by the navigation bar, causing the popup to be positioned below it. As a result, the popup appears constrained and may not be properly centered on the screen.

Expected Behavior:

The popup should expand above the navigation bar when its height is large, ensuring it remains properly centered on the screen.
