Node Becomes Unmovable After Deleting the First Phase

When a node with the AllowMovingOutsideLane constraint is dragged in a swimlane, it becomes unmovable after deleting the first phase of the lane. This behaviour occurs even though the constraint should allow the node to move freely outside the lane boundaries.
