When PdfViewer control is moved into another window, the document is reloaded

I don’t know if this behavior is expected, but I would prefer if the PdfViewerControl was not reloaded when moved to a new window. This is useful in tabbed applications, to allow the user to detach a tab or move the tab back to the original window, without losing changes applied to the PDF document. 

The problem occurs when using any theme except System Theme. I can provide a minimal app to reproduce this behavior if needed.
