Support for setting the SortColumnDescription via binding through ViewModel (MVVM)

By providing this support, developers can control and modify the sorting behavior of a data grid directly from the ViewModel. 

This enhances flexibility, keeps the code organized, and minimizes the reliance on code-behind, resulting in better maintainability and adherence to the MVVM design pattern.
