Allow multi-line text input when using template editing

When using template row editing in SfGrid and inserting a multi-line text area, pressing enter closes edit mode rather than registering as a new line. Currently the work around is inserting a JavaScript interop which is undesirable. 


Can an option be added to SfGrid to allow "Enter" to be treated as new line when using template editing?


The template I am using is specified under GridEditSettings and replaces the row being edited.
