Support to flip the flipped objects in Diagram using API method

Currently, we do not have support for flipping already flipped objects in the diagram. We only support flipping nodes based on their set flip value, as long as it is different from the current state. We need to provide support for flipping nodes in both directions (vice versa), even if the current flip value remains the same
