The ReportViewer scroll bar is displaying when SizeToReportContent is true

Replication procedure:

1. Add the drildown report in your application
2. Set the SizeToReportContent true in client side
3. Run the sample
4. Expand the toggle
5. The Report viewer scroll bar is showing for huge data
