Implementing Scrolling Feature Across Fit Options

This feature requires customized scrolling behavior for "fit to page," "fit to height," and "fit to width" modes. The implementation should include the ability to disable scrolling in a single-page view, detect whether a page is within the viewport, and support scrolling to the next or current page depending on its visibility.
