Need to provide support for automatically selecting the first item when the Tab key is pressed

When the user starts typing, the popup appears, but they have not selected anything using the arrow keys or other means. If the user hits the Tab key, the first item in the popup list is automatically selected. The dropdown is now populated with the selected item and remains focused. If the user hits the Tab key again, the next tab-indexed item is focused.
