Support for customizing the position of the chart zooming toolbar

Currently, the zoom toolbar is displayed in a fixed position within the chart. We aim to improve the user experience by adding functionality that allows users to move the zoom toolbar freely within the chart area. This enhancement will provide greater flexibility and convenience, enabling users to position the toolbar wherever it best suits their needs while interacting with the chart.
