Provide support for data virtualization in horizontal scroll

Provide timeline views 
horizontal virtual scroll 
support for data virtualization.

Currently In data virtualization, appointments are loaded only for the resources currently being displayed.  vertical
 scrolling action has been virtualized, but horizontal scrolling data not virtualized based on month.
