SfDataGrid ignores Cell BackgroundColor using custom CellTemplate

Hi,

in version 27.xx the SfDataGrid does not display the cell background color if using a custom CellTemplate.
Please find attached sample which works as expected on version 26.xx and misbehaves on version 27.xx.
