Selected item changes after opening and closing the popup

Description:

When you select 5 items, they initially appear as 2 items and a "3+ items" label. However, after opening and closing the popup again, the display shifts to 1 item and a "4+ items" label, which seems to alter the initial selection count display.

Sample: Multiselect_Sample

Replication Procedure:

  1. Run the sample.
  2. Open the popup.
  3. Select 5 first item.
  4. Now focus out and then again open the popup.

Expected:  + 3 item should display


Actual:  +3 item is change to +4 item
