Support for customizing lanes and phases appearance using CSS

Currently, we have support to customize the swimlane, lane, and phase header fill color, and stroke color but we cannot customize the fill color, stroke color, and other style properties of lane, and phase. Need to provide an option to customize the appearance of the lane and phase using CSS styles.
