[Android] SfChart disappears in visual tree when getting the stream using the GetStream method

Replication steps:

1. Create a SfChart, and set the Visible property to false.
2. Add the SfChart to visual tree.
3. Get the stream using the GetStream method of SfChart.
4. After got the stream, again change the Visible property to true. Now, the chart disappears in the visual tree.
