Indicate Appointments Outside Visible Time Range in Days View

Introduce a feature to visually indicate appointments that exist outside the currently displayed time range in DaysView. The indicator would alert users to events scheduled earlier or later than the visible hours without requiring them to scroll, making it easier to manage and track appointments across the full day.
