Provide support to to restrict request to the server when already visited page is revisited

Need to provide support to restrict the DataManager from sending request to the server when already visited page is again revisited. 

For example, on initial rendering first page will be rendered in the grid, if user goes to second page a request will be sent to the server and if again user comes back to the first page another request should not be sent to the server for retrieving the data for the first page as it has already been received from the server previously.
