Tooltip for node is not shown when grouped at runtime

When tooltip for nodes is set at initial rendering and grouped at runtime the tooltip is not longer shown for node while hovering. 
Expected behavior is when hovered over the node the node tooltip should be shown and moving on the group the group tooltip should be shown if defined similarly when node tooltip not set for children and defined for group the on group and children group's tooltip should be shown
