Need to provide support to customize the space between axis and axis label title

Current behavior

Currently, we do not have support to customize the space between the axis label title and the axis. The title gets too close to the axis labels when the tick position is set to "inside."

To resolve this, we need to provide support to customize the space between the axis label title and the axis.
