Only half of the data grid rows are displayed when using virtualization with vertical rendering in mobile mode

In data grid, only haf of avaiable space showed up. What could be reason of this ? In desktop mode, It work how its supposed to be.

      Run the attached razor page , You will see the issue render the grid in mobile mode.
