Support to skip the annotations in ExportAsImage API in WPF PdfViewer

Currently there is an argument for keeping transparency in PdfViewer.ExportAsImages, but there isn't an argument for skipping annotations. While this option is available in PdfToImageConverter, it would be better to have it in PdfViewer too, to avoid saving and re-loading the document in the converter for performance reasons.
