Inconsistent Resizing Behavior with Modal Dialog

Upon closing and reopening the dialog, if the user resizes it by dragging one of the edges (e.g., the top), the dialog jumps to the bottom of the container. This behavior occurs regardless of which edge is dragged.

Replication Steps:

  1. Open the Dialog and close it.
  2. Again, open the dialog and try resizing it.

Expected Output: The Dialog Needs to stay at same position.

Current Output: The Dialog jumps to the bottom of the container
