Changing the event's hit order and add rowPosition property in actionBegin event

  1. Run the sample.
  2. Open dev tools.
  3. Add (above/below) task via contextMenu.
  4. Debugger will hit in actionBegin event first and then goes for contextMenuClick event.
  5. Need to change this order from 
    contextMenuClick event to 
    actionBegin event. (issue 1).
  6. In actionBegin event, add the rowPosition property to know the newly added record's position. (issue 2)
