Lane height updating to negative values wrongly during resizing

When a lane contains children, its height cannot be reduced below the total height of its children plus the lane padding. However, when attempting to reduce the height of a lane within a swimlane's lane collection, an issue occurs where the lane's height is incorrectly updated based on the resizing helper, which can result in a negative height for the lane.
