Erratic Interaction Between SFChartCartesian and ScrollViewer

SFChartCartesian erratic interaction with scrollviewer 
when user is using the chart given the trackball is created
then the user slides down(vertically) the trackball will not stay
is there any functionalities that I can use to make sure that the sfchartcartesian will prevent this occurances
