Whenever using the Image Editor, users might end up drawing all of their individual annotations as part of one large annotation, which has lead to some frustration when it comes to the Undo/Redo functionality, as having to save their edit and select the pen again consistently can be cumbersome.

The expectation from our users would be that it should function similar to Paint and other graphics tools where each stroke is it's own annotation and can be un/redone bit by bit.

Is there a way to implement this through events, behaviours, etc., such that whenever the user would lift their finger/stylus, that we could save an edit/annotation. Afterwards we could then start another pen annotation immediately to mimic the desired functionality.
