Support for Clipboard operations for multiple range selections in UWP Spreadsheet

Currently, clipboard operations are supported only for single range selections. Need to provide support for Copying Multiple or Non-adjacent Rows, Columns, or Cells (multiple ranges selected) in UWP Spreadsheet.
