Get a particular annotation from the annotation collection

This requirement is to retrieve a specific annotation from the annotation collection in the PDF using annotation ID.

Currently, PDF Viewer lacks the capability to retrieve a single annotation at a time. To address this, we propose developing an API that allows users to get a specific annotation using the following method:
