Provide details in "DocumentLoadFailed" event if a document is failed to load due to native renderer

To handle document load failures caused by PdfRenderer on Android, implement the invocation of the DocumentLoadFailed event in the PDF Viewer. This will ensure that users receive notifications when a document fails to load, enhancing error handling and providing a more consistent user experience.
