Support to add/retrieve child nodes with respect to Phases of a Swimlane

Currently, child nodes can only be added relative to the lane, and there is no option to add or retrieve child nodes based on the phase. We need to implement functionality that allows adding and retrieving child nodes with respect to the phase within a swimlane.
