Option to add FreeText annotation with transparent background

The Properties dialog doesn't have a transparent/no color option for background of Free text annotation, it has opacity but setting opacity to 0 would also make the text invisible. However, it works properly when setting the background only to transparent from code-behind, so it would be nice if the dialog had an option too.
