PDF not displaying on first load in Flutter web after recent Chrome update

After the recent Chrome update, the PDF does not display correctly when first loading the Flutter web app from the IDE. However, after refreshing the page, the PDF displays correctly, and the issue does not reoccur until the app is restarted from the IDE. This issue seems to be related to the initial loading state of the PDF package.
