Upgrade the Flutter packages to the latest version 3.24

Dear sirs,

I tried using your flutter charts library. On pub.dev pana shows only 80 pub points. One of the problems is as follows:

  • UNDEFINED_METHOD - lib/src/charts/base.dart:3317:7 - The method 'markNeedsBuild' isn't defined for the type 'RenderLoadingIndicator'.

Exactly this is happening when I try to use your component and build the project.

Can you please fix the component's dependencies and let static code analysis pass correctly?
