Provide drilldown support when exploding segments in DoughnutSeries

Currently, in the DoughnutSeries, we can explode individual segments by enabling the explode property or explode all segments using the explodeAll property. However, there is no drill-down functionality when a segment is exploded. The tapped segment needs to both explode and initiate a drill-down action, providing more detailed data or a sub-chart related to the selected segment.
