The allowTaskbarOverlap property is not working properly during expand and collapse actions

When a user attempts to enable enableMultiTaskbar and allowTaskbarOverlap with collapseAllParentTasks set to true, the initial render shows all rows as a single line. However, after expanding and collapsing, the row width increases and does not match the initial render. We have attached an image and sample for your reference.
