The aria-label is not added to the delete button for the preloaded files

The aria-label is not added to the delete button for preloaded files. However, if we manually upload a file, the aria-label is added properly to the delete icon.

Replication steps:

  1. Run the sample.
  2. Inspect the delete icon and observe that there is no aria-label added to the delete button.
  3. To confirm this issue, manually upload a file and check if the aria-label is added properly.

Expected: The aria-label should be properly added to the delete button for preloaded files.

Actual: The aria-label is not added to the delete button for preloaded files.
