The calendar popup is not positioned correctly when the page is scrollable


Replication procedure:
1. Run the sample.
2. Decrease the window size until the scroll bar is enabled for the page.
3. Refresh the page and try to open the popup.

Expected Output: The calendar popup is positioned above the input.
Current Output: The popup is positioned far from the input.
