When clicking on tab key, the focus is not moved to the next focusable element

Description:

When clicking on tab key, the focus is not moved to the next focusable element. This issue occurs only when clearing the selected value. 

Sample: Combobox playground sample

Replication Procedure:

  1. Run the sample.
  2. Select the value.
  3. Now selected the value and click backspace or delete to clear the value.
  4. Now click on tab key.

Expected:  Focus should move to next focusable item

Actual: Focus maintained in the combobox
