Combox change callback is not called when value contains dashes

Issue can be replicated in this demo: https://stackblitz.com/edit/rg7vbu-nfjir7


Replication steps:

  1. Select the text content in the combobox.
  2. Empty the text using backspace.
  3. Defocus the combobox.
  4. Result: Change callback is not called.

When trying the next time, it starts working, i.e., the issue occurs only first time after initialization.
