Need to improve Adaptive/Mobile device touch resizing feature for better user experience

While we have the resizing sample in the real-time mobile and resizing is proper sometimes it is not smooth to resize.
Also, when we click the column border and trying to drag the resize bar then content get scrolled instead column resizing.
This issue occurs in Grid SB sample itself. so, evaluating our control in mobile device, would feel as not mobile friendly
