Gradient collections are not cleared properly when the diagram is cleared

When the diagram is cleared using the Clear method, the gradient collections are not cleared properly, they maintain the previous collections. As a result, if we add nodes with the same ID, the gradient collections do not update correctly.

Replication:

1. Run the sample.

2. Click the first button. First node is updated with a blue gradient color.

3. Click the second button. First node is updated with a blue gradient color, but second node is expected to be in blue gradient.
