When typing on autocomplete first letter gets duplicated in Japanese culture

Replication Procedure:

  1. Switch the system language to Japanese
  2. Now open the autocomplete sample.
  3. Type A.

Expected:  A should be displayed once

Actual: A is displayed twice.
