Wrong field value of Word field NUMPAGES and SECTIONPAGES inside Text box in Footer

In a Mailmerge template document a Word field NUMPAGES and a Word field SECTIONPAGES is placed inside a Text box in the Footer. The values of these fields are not updated correctly. Even when you call UpdateDocumentFields(true) after the mailmerge.

If you place these Word fields NUMPAGES and SECTIONPAGES in the footer directly (without the Text box) the fields have the correct value.
