Empty popup shows after search and scroll the popup when Virtualization is enabled

Replication Procedure:

  1. Run the sample
  1. Search Andrew and scroll down the popup
  1. And select an item
  1. And focus out the component
  1. And again search Andrew and  scroll down the popup
  1. and scroll moves to the top
  1. You can see the issue 

Expected: popup items should shows properly in all cases

Actual:  Empty popup shows after search and scroll the popup when Virtualization is enabled
