[Android] Marker position and Zooming not working properly in some devices(Samsung Tab 2 device)

1. Run the OSM map sample in the Android device(Samsung Tab 2 device) which density is 1.33125007152557.

2. Add the Marker in any location. Now, the marker position slightly changed from the given location.

3. Zoom the map at the maximum level. Now,  the tiles are not positioned properly.
