Provide support to handle Undo and Redo for Image delete and upload while configuring SaveUrl and RemoveUrl

We need support to handle Undo and Redo actions for image management when configuring saveUrl and removeUrl in the RichTextEditorImageSettings of the Rich Text Editor:

  1. Undo Action: When an image is deleted and the Undo action is performed, the image should be re-uploaded and saved to the server to restore the previous state of the document.

  2. Redo Action: When an image deletion is undone and the Redo action is performed, the image should be correctly managed according to its current state (either retained or removed) on the server.
