Column menu is not opening and is not displaying column menu options when EnableAdaptiveUI is enabled in grid

Enabling the adaptive UI prevents the column menu from being shown. I have attached a repro example.

Replication Steps

Run the attached sample and try to open the column menu. You will see the issue when the column menu doesn't open.
